Know Your Account
For account security purposes, please ensure that all information provided during registration is true and valid to facilitate deposit and withdrawal verification.
(Note: Once the real name has been successfully set, it cannot be changed.)
The referral code belongs to the VCbetAsia affiliate program. If you were not referred by a VCbetAsia affiliate member, you may leave it blank. If you are interested in becoming an affiliate agent, please visit the “Affiliate Website”.
How to retrieve your account or password:
Method 1:
Contact Live Support customer service to check your account.
Method 2:
Click the 『Forgot Password』 button at the top of the page, then follow the instructions to enter your username and registered email address before submitting the request.
(Note: The system will send a temporary password to your registered email within 15 minutes. Please change your password immediately after successfully logging in.)
Steps to update account information and change your password:
• Log in to your account ➤ Account Management ➤ Enter new password ➤ Change Password
• Log in to your account ➤ Account Information ➤ Account Information ➤ Edit Personal Information ➤ Save
Steps to check account transaction details:
Please log in to your account ➤ Account Statement ➤ Select Date Range
(Note: Members may only check account records within the last 30 days. To request records older than 30 days, please send an email to [email protected] with the desired time period and details required.)
If your account has been suspended due to multiple incorrect password attempts, please contact Live Support immediately for assistance to ensure account security.
As part of our responsibility to comply with regulatory requirements, we are required to verify members’ identities. The relevant department will send you an email notification requesting copies of the necessary identification documents for verification.
Each member is only allowed to register one account and may not own more than one account at any time. If multiple accounts are discovered, the company reserves the right to restrict the member to one account only and also reserves the right to suspend or close the account(s).
