Members of “VCBetAsia” are also required to comply with the following General Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. By participating in any promotional activity, members are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these promotional terms and conditions, the website’s usage restrictions, and all other relevant rules.
2. All bonuses are calculated in US Dollars (or the equivalent account currency).
3. Any wagers placed prior to the bonus being credited to the account will not be counted towards the promotional wagering requirements.
4. All bonus calculations are rounded down to the nearest whole number; any decimal values will be disregarded.
5. Bonuses will generally be credited to the member’s “VCBetAsia” account within 24 hours after successful application and verification. Once a bonus has been credited and wagers have been placed, any request for cancellation or deduction of the bonus will not be entertained.
6. Bonuses must be used for wagering purposes within 15 days of issuance; otherwise, they will be deemed invalid. All bets must result in a win or loss outcome; void or cancelled bets will not be counted. Risk-free bets and wagers with odds below 1.5 (including stake), all tie or no-result bets in baccarat, and insurance baccarat wagers will not be counted towards valid wagering turnover.
7. Each member is entitled to only one first deposit bonus. If multiple applications are submitted, only the first valid application will be honoured.
8. If a member participates in one or more promotional offers, the wagering generated from any one offer cannot be reused or counted towards the wagering requirements of another promotion.
9. Members who have participated in any promotion and completed the required wagering must make a new valid deposit before qualifying for other promotional offers.
10. Any wagers (including stake, number of bets, or winnings) generated from free play funds/chips or bonus funds are not eligible for any “VCBetAsia” promotional activities.
11. Unless otherwise stated:
    a) Members may not participate in more than one promotion or receive more than one bonus at the same time;
    b) The same deposit reference number or betting reference number cannot be used for multiple promotions.
12. If a member fails to complete the required wagering due to a zero account balance, upon requesting bonus unlock, the system will automatically close all active games to facilitate the removal of bonus restrictions.
13. Each customer, including those sharing the same household, residential address, IP address (or similar IP range), email address, bank card/bank account, or device (including shared devices such as those used in universities, organisations, schools, libraries, or workplaces), is entitled to participate in only one promotional offer.
14. If a member is found to have more than one account and attempts to claim multiple rewards, all promotional eligibility will be revoked. VCBetAsia reserves the right to deduct bonus amounts, winnings, and/or principal funds and close duplicate accounts. For data security purposes, VCBetAsia will not disclose details of duplicate accounts to justify such actions.
15. If any member is found to be in breach of promotional rules or involved in any form of individual or collusive fraudulent activity, VCBetAsia reserves the right to forfeit any bonuses awarded and suspend or freeze the account.
16. VCBetAsia reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal requests made before the completion of wagering requirements. If the member insists on withdrawal, the platform reserves the right to deduct any bonus and related winnings, returning only the principal deposit or remaining balance (if less than the original principal). Additional withdrawal processing fees may also be charged.
17. VCBetAsia reserves the right to:
    a) At its absolute discretion, amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional activity at any time;
    b) Interpret and apply all promotional activities and general website terms and conditions.
